London Success Academy (LSA), in collaboration with NP Tech Solutions Limited, is offering a 4-week Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Work Placement for aspiring Talent Acquisition Specialists, Recruiters, HR Professionals, Recruitment Coordinators, HR Analysts, and graduates who want practical exposure to modern recruitment, candidate sourcing, and workforce planning.
This expert-led programme will help you understand how organisations attract, engage, assess, and hire top talent through recruitment strategies, employer branding, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and real-world hiring case studies.
What You'll Learn

What You'll Do
- Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment platforms
- Screen CVs and evaluate candidates using structured assessment techniques
- Support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment coordination
- Explore employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies
- Analyse recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and workforce planning scenarios
- Complete a real-world Talent Acquisition case study and create an interview-ready portfolio project
