The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
At Le Creuset, our IT team plays a vital role in supporting the systems and technologies that drive our global operations. From infrastructure and cybersecurity to data analytics and digital transformation, IT is at the heart of how we deliver excellence across every touchpoint.
As part of the IT team, you’ll bridge HR systems and identity platforms ensuring 'Hi Bob' is the employee data entry point and drives lifecycle automation, integration and digital employee experience across the landscape.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
- Contribute technically to make HiBob as the employee data foundation (identity, organisation, manager, job and associated role) and enforce data quality standards.
- Ensure integration with Entra ID / Active Directory enabling automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver lifecycle.
- Adapt data, onboarding and connectivity for four populations: office, retail, warehouse and manufacturing employees.
- Ensure employee data enables consistent application access and role-based provisioning.
- Drive integration with payroll, time tracking and leave systems ensuring accurate data propagation.
- Ensure scalability, performance and robustness of data flows and integrations.
- Contribute to employee digital workplace experience (portal, collaboration tools, onboarding journey).
- Own backlog of HR Tech, identity and integration features and ensure delivery quality.
- Promote best practices in HR data, identity lifecycle and integration design.
- Coordinate HR, IT and vendors ensuring sequencing, alignment and execution.

- Experience in HR Tech / HRIS / Identity integration
- Ability to manage complex data flows across systems
- Strong coordination across HR and IT domains
- Hands-on capability to analyse data and integration issues
- Backlog and delivery management
- HRIS and employee data lifecycle concepts
- Identity systems (Entra ID / Active Directory)
- Data integration patterns and APIs
- Digital workplace and collaboration ecosystem
