About the Role
We are seeking an HR Technology & Digitalization Manager to champion our HR technology strategy, digital experience and governance. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a multi-year HR technology roadmap aligned with organisational priorities.
- Defining secure, integrated HR data architecture, collaborating with People Analytics, Data and IT.
- Elevating the employee digital experience through AI-driven problem-solving.
- Managing HR technology investments, prioritising initiatives and ensuring value delivery.
- Partnering with IT leaders to advance enterprise capabilities.
- Identifying and implementing emerging technologies that enhance efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR technology strategy, budget and roadmap to align with digital priorities.
- Advise global payroll, time and attendance harmonisation across multi-country and multi-system landscapes.
- Monitor HR tech effectiveness, adopting data-driven improvements.
- Represent HR priorities to IT, ensuring technology aligns with organisation goals.
- Specify technical requirements for future-state technology solutions and interfaces.

Key Accountabilities

Remuneration and Benefits
Location: Belgium, but subject to flexibility based on key functions. In Belgium, the annual salary range is €113,000–€156,000. Actual compensation is determined by position, regional pay scales, and internal equity.
