HR Technology Lead - AI, Artificial Intelligence, SAP SuccessFactors, HR Systems, Integration, APIs - Financial Services - London - Up to £85,000 Base
My client, a global Financial Services organisation in the alternative investments and Fund Administration space, is looking for a HR Technology Lead to join their London office on a permanent basis.
You will be a hands-on HR Technology Lead, building, enhancing and supporting the core platforms that power the global people organisation. The role spans the full HR technology ecosystem (including SAP SuccessFactors), including automation tools, AI Solutions, integration platforms, and adjacent HR applications. You will be responsible for technical implementation and continuous optimisation of these systems, ensuring reliable operations while driving meaningful improvements in employee experience, process efficiency, automation, and data quality. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and enabling HR teams through modern technology.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors technical experience (configuration, integration, extensions)
- AI Experience is a must for the HR transformation
- Ability to build or maintain Python applications (Automation / AI-enabled)
- Experience in technical leadership or management
- Strong experience with integration technologies (SAP CPI, API Management, REST API's etc)
- Solid understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Talent, Learning, Compensation etc)
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Workday would be highly beneficial
