HR Transformation Business Partner
Contract Rate: £400–500 per day Duration: 4 months Location: Leeds or Manchester Start: ASAP
A leading insurer is launching a major transformation programme across its UK business, encompassing organisational redesign, workforce restructuring, and transaction-related HR activity. We are seeking a Senior HR Transformation Business Partner to lead the people workstream through this period, collaborating closely with Executive and senior leadership stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the people workstream for a large-scale transformation, including workforce impact assessments and organisational design
- Oversee collective and individual consultation processes, covering materials, briefings, and engagement with employee representatives
- Provide specialist TUPE advice and support across transactions and divestments
- Develop change communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans
- Compile Exec and Steering Committee reporting, tracking milestones and risks

Ideal Candidate Criteria
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation workstreams within large-scale programmes
- Strong current TUPE and transaction-related HR expertise
- Experience managing end-to-end collective consultations
- Advanced UK employment law and employee relations knowledge, with credibility at senior/Executive level
- Financial Services or Insurance background preferred (highly desirable)
