Leeds | Hybrid (2–3 days per week)
£500 day rate
Contract - Initially 4 months

We're partnering with a leading UK organisation to appoint an experienced HR Transformation Lead on an interim contract to support a large-scale business transformation programme. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering complex people change initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to shape and implement organisational change across a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Role Overview

The role will involve:

  • Leading the HR workstream across a major transformation programme.
  • Driving organisational design and workforce planning activities.
  • Managing collective and individual consultation processes.
  • Providing expert advice on UK employment law and employee relations.
  • Leading TUPE and wider transaction-related people activities.
  • Developing change management and communication strategies.
  • Producing Executive-level reporting and programme governance updates.
  • Identifying and mitigating people-related risks throughout the programme.
  • Supporting knowledge transfer and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU.

Required Experience

We're looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience leading HR workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong organisational design and workforce restructuring expertise.
  • Significant experience managing collective consultation exercises.
  • Excellent working knowledge of TUPE and UK employment law.
  • Outstanding employee relations experience.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage Executive and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Desirable Experience

Desirable experience includes:

  • Financial Services or Insurance.
  • Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation programmes.
