YOUR ROLE

As a Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the transformation of HR and Global Business Services (GBS) by:

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of future-ready HR and GBS Operating Models, including shared services, outsourcing, and Centres of Excellence (CoEs), with a focus on embedding AI and automation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Supporting the identification and delivery of AI and automation use cases across the employee lifecycle—working with platforms such as ServiceNow, Google Co Pilot, Microsoft Power Platform, and other intelligent tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Applying data and analytics to workforce planning, organisational design, and performance measurement—using benchmarking and scenario modelling to inform recommendations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across HR and GBS functions to support change initiatives, facilitate workshops, and contribute to stakeholder engagement and adoption efforts.
  • Delivering digital HR solutions that improve employee experience, including self-service, case management, and AI-powered knowledge platforms.

You will also have the opportunity to grow your expertise and contribute to the team through:

  • Knowledge Sharing – Supporting the development of thought leadership, internal campaigns, and client deliverables related to AI and digital HR transformation.
  • Capability Building – Participating in training, certifications, and mentoring to stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the HR and GBS space.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience supporting HR transformation programmes, ideally within GBS environments, with exposure to digital and AI-enabled HR solutions (e.g., Leena AI, Eightfold.ai, Textio).
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft Viva, Power BI, and Power Automate, with the ability to contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, employee-centric solutions.
  • Understanding of GBS Target Operating Models and HR process optimisation, with experience using tools like Visio, Signavio, or Celonis.
  • Strong consulting skills, including problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for improving employee experience through digital innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
