Role Description
The HR Workforce Support Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating HR documentation and processes. The associate responds to workforce inquiries, provides guidance on HR policies, and helps ensure consistent application of HR procedures.

Daily tasks include:
- Assisting with training and development activities
- Scheduling sessions
- Coordinating materials for employee learning initiatives
- Preparing HR reports

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support day-to-day people processes.
- Experience in HR Operations, including employee data management, documentation, and process coordination.
- Skills in Training & Development, with the ability to assist in planning, organizing, and supporting learning programs.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with employees at all levels.
- Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency with HR systems and standard office software; familiarity with UK employment practices is an advantage.
