HR Business Partner (Temporary Contract)

Salary: £48,000 (pro rata)
Location: Remote (UK)
Contract: Temporary | Full-Time
I'm pleased to be supporting our client, a well-established organisation within the not-for-profit sector, in recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can hit the ground running, providing expert HR support across a range of employee relations matters while contributing to key HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
- Partner with managers to ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
- Support and deliver HR projects, including organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach and support managers in resolving people issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports where required.
- Work collaboratively with the wider People team to deliver an efficient and professional HR service.

About You
- Previous experience working as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
- Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage complex cases.
- Confident working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is desirable.
