About the Team
Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports & entertainment partners, we are building the global leader in next-generation collectibles. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans.

Role Summary
The Associate HR Business Partner – International is an intermediate-level HR professional who partners with business leaders and employees across international regions to deliver impactful HR solutions. Operating with both proficiency and independence, this role supports complex, cross-functional HR projects and serves as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers navigating the full employment life cycle.

Ideal for candidates with a strong international mindset, this role requires the ability to work confidently with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds across the US, Europe, APAC, and LATAM.
This is a full-time role, operating in-designated office, 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Managing and resolving internal and external HR inquiries, escalating complex cases to senior HR leadership, and applying independent judgment to provide timely, accurate guidance
- Owning the accuracy and integrity of digital and physical employee records across multiple international regions, including leave management, while complying with local data protection requirements
- Conducting payroll reporting and partnering with Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy across international payrolls
- Facilitating and assisting HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars, including assessing effectiveness and recommending improvements
- Administering and continuously improving the international HRIS (Oracle), identifying process gaps, and partnering with HR Operations to drive system enhancements
- Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
- Facilitating HR events, town halls, and cross-functional meetings, while developing targeted employee communications strategies to foster engagement and inclusion
- Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
- Designing and improving end-to-end onboarding and offboarding programs for international employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and an exceptional employee experience
- Serving as a knowledgeable HR advisor for policy queries and employee relations matters, exercising independent judgment to resolve issues and consulting with senior HR Business Partners on complex cases
- Facilitating performance review cycles end-to-end, including scheduling, stakeholder communications, completion tracking, calibration support, and maintaining compliance documentation
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition to draft and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and contract amendments, while ensuring alignment with local labour laws and providing jurisdiction-specific guidance to hiring managers

Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Oracle HRIS, and Airtable; advantage given to experience with configuring or optimizing HRIS workflows
- A proven ability to independently manage a diverse range of employee and managerial HR queries, including complex or sensitive matters, with sound judgment
- Strong business partnering skills and confidence in consulting, influencing, and operating independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics and data to identify trends, generate insights, and inform business decisions
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously across international time zones, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment in handling sensitive and confidential employee matters
- Nice-to-have: Experience in high-growth or multinational environments; knowledge of employment law across multiple international jurisdictions
