We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner based in London to join our team of HRBPs
What will the role entail?
HR advise and support to assigned business areas:
- Being a link between the assigned business areas and the HR department to support the human resources processes that are required.
- Develop solutions that allow each business area to comply with its strategy; Support and guide managers on employee relations, performance issues, and workforce planning. Resolve labor doubts that involve employees in your business area.
- Guarantee that each business area has efficient structures, as well as advising on the lateral movements, promotions, succession plans, when necessary to have them.
- Advice to the assigned business areas to detect problems or conflicts in their teams and provide guidance in resolving them.
- Lead and support talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the industry
- Participation in the last phase of the selection processes to align culture and values with the new incorporations.
- Administrative management of corporate and retail processes (promotions, terminations, retirement, leave, etc.) and human resources communications to employees and managers (remote working policy, bonus communication, code of conduct, etc.)

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HRBP in the UK market
- University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar is desirable.
- Fluent in English. Spanish would be desired.
- French will be highly valued.
- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
