Job Description

HR Operations

  • Manage full employee life cycle across London office and UK&US retail stores, including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding and payroll.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems, including EHR and Sage.

Office and Administration Management

  • Manage local HR and administration policies, company records, licenses, fixed assets and office procedures.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual administration budget, purchasing, expenses and supplier coordination.
  • Oversee daily office operations, important visits and external communications.

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with Design, Retail, Brand and other teams on recruitment, workforce planning, performance and employee engagement.
  • Identify organizational and people-related challenges and provide practical, commercially focused solutions.
  • Deliver head office strategies into locally relevant actions and provide local insights to support decision-making.

Employee Relations and Compliance

  • Manage performance or related complex employee relations matters.
  • Provide guidance on UK&US employment law, payroll compliance, immigration and visa-related matters.
  • Ensure head office policies are locally compliant and engage external advisers when support is required.

Finance and Employee Engagement Support

  • Arrange approved banking payments and coordinate with Finance team.
  • Manage reimbursement and payment approval processes.
  • Organize employee training, engaging activities and team-building events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or Law.
  • At least five years of HR and office operations experience, supporting international or cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of UK&US employment law, payroll, taxation and compliance, with hands-on experience of Sage and managing HMRC-related processes.
  • Experience in fast fashion, retail businesses is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong business partnering, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, trustworthy and target driven.
