Job Description
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organisational needs.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommend improvements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR practices within the business services sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
