Job Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organisational needs.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommend improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR practices within the business services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
