HRIS Analyst - Fixed Term Contract

As a HRIS Analyst - Fixed Term Contract based in London, you'll play a key role in supporting system migrations and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Working within the financial services industry, you'll help the Human Resources team operate efficiently by managing and improving HR systems.

This role is within the Financial Services industry and is based in the City of London.

Description

  • Support the end-to-end process of system migration within the HR department.
  • Maintain and update system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system-related issues.
  • Assist in testing and validating system changes and updates.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on system functionalities.
  • Generate reports and insights from HR systems as required.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR system processes.

Profile

The successful HRIS Analyst - Fixed Term Contract will have:

  • Experience with system migration and documentation processes. (Workday, SAP or Oracle)
  • Module experience to include: Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements.
