We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations for a healthcare organization. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with strong Workday experience who can handle employee record updates, respond to system-related questions, and provide dependable administrative support to managers and HR teams. The role also involves assisting with compliance-related tasks, verification requests, and ongoing testing and audit activities tied to HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle updates in Workday, including status changes and other personnel record adjustments.
- Respond to HR system questions and resolve routine access or password-related issues for team members.
- Prepare and process employment verification requests accurately and within required timelines.
- Support managers and HR staff with onboarding activities, employee data maintenance, and administrative follow-up.
- Enter, review, and validate HR information in the system to maintain complete and accurate records.
- Assist with Workday reporting, testing activities, and issue tracking to support system performance and data integrity.
- Contribute to audit preparation by gathering documentation, reviewing records, and helping address compliance requirements.
- Coordinate pre-employment screening steps and other pre-employment processes in alignment with organizational policies.

- Hands-on experience using Workday in an HR support or coordinator capacity.
- Background in HR administration, including onboarding and employee data management.
- Experience processing status changes, employment verifications, and HRIS record updates.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting basic system access issues and supporting end users with HR-related requests.
- Understanding of HR compliance practices, documentation standards, and audit support activities.
- Ability to work accurately with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
