HRIS Manager (FTC) – L'Oréal Corporate – Manchester, UK

A Day in the Life

Reporting to the HR Services Director in Manchester, you will lead our UK&I HRIS team to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and seamless integration of our global SuccessFactors platform.

  • System & Roadmap Ownership: Manage SuccessFactors configurations, testing, and new feature releases.
  • Data & Analytics: Drive data quality excellence, delivering strategic insights to the HR Leadership Team.
  • Project Leadership: Lead local and group integration projects as the local subject matter expert.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global, zone, and local teams to streamline HR processes and automate workflows.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a collaborative leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who can bridge the gap between technical systems and business needs.

  • HRIS Expertise: Deep knowledge of HRIS systems, specifically SuccessFactors.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead transformational projects and system integrations.
  • Data Governance: Strong skills in data management, reporting, and advanced Excel.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse teams.
  • People Leadership: Experience in line management and developing team potential.
