A great opportunity to join a multinational business to lead the rollout of a new HRIS system, based in the UK, but with an international remit.
As the business goes through significant change and transformation, they are investing in new people, systems, and processes to future-fit the business to allow them to achieve their growth plans. Part of this is the rollout of a new HRIS system, with the first module of this being payroll. This has already been launched in several countries, and we are looking for someone that can pick this up centrally and project manage this. The business is a large, matrix organization with different nuances in certain markets, so we need someone that can keep top-line consistency but can bring the various different stakeholders together across the various markets to understand the intricacies and specific needs so it works well locally. As a result, the key focus of this role is the Project/Programme Management as well as having strong communication skills, both internally within the business but with the HRIS provider themselves, having a solution-focused mindset.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
