Head of People Technology
London
£125 to £145 + 20% Bonus, 30 Days holiday, full family health, 12% Pension, etc...
This is a hybrid role across Talent Technology, People Operations, and Change. The mandate is to bring structure, ownership, and delivery discipline across talent systems, learning platforms, performance management technology, and associated workflows.
You must be technically confident, operationally strong, and credible enough to work across Talent, HR Ops, Technology, vendors, and senior stakeholders. The role is both “run and change”: maintain and optimise existing platforms while designing better workflows and leading transformation across the talent technology ecosystem.

This is a senior execution owner connecting functional Talent priorities with systems, workflows, vendors, and BAU service delivery.
You will own Technical Delivery and practical Run and Change delivery across:
- Performance Management, Learning, and Talent systems
- Platform maintenance, releases, and issue resolution
- Workflow redesign and process improvement
- Requirements, backlog, testing, and implementation
- Vendor and service performance
- Adoption and transition into BAU
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Talent:
- Understand learning, performance management, talent processes, skills, succession, recruitment-adjacent workflows

People Ops:
- Own service delivery, process hygiene, governance, workflow design, SLAs, handoffs, and operational controls
Technology:
- e tech savvy enough to challenge vendors, HRIS, Workday teams, enterprise tech, and product owners
Change:
- rive platform/process transformation, adoption, stakeholder engagement, and operating model design
Run:
- Maintain current systems, fix workflow pain, improve data quality, stabilise service
Change:
- Redesign the future state, optimise platforms, implement new capability
