The role holder will also need to work closely with Group stakeholders ensuring the UK's requirements are understood and interests represented at a Global level.
What will you deliver?

- Present this to Senior Stakeholders, getting their buy-in to the blueprint, migration plan, and approach.
- Ability to challenge, ensuring we are simplifying and standardising aligned to our strategy and a Global design blueprint, whilst making sure UK requirements are understood and delivery plans are robust, realistic, and achievable.
- Development of robust designs and project plans, identification of risks and issues, identify and mobilise required resources, and stakeholder management.
- Liaise with PMO resources on large scale programmes to align project plans and provide reports and updates.
- Understand the impact changes have on people within the business and develop robust change and communication plans to ensure changes are understood and effectively adopted.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
