HRIS Reporting Analyst - £500-£550 Inside IR35
Our client is looking for 2 HR reporting analysts to create a number of custom reports as they move from one HRIS system to another. They have identified numerous leadership reports that are not mapping to the new system (SuccessFactors), so need re-writing. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical staff to deliver accurate, insightful and scalable reporting that supports the business's strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom reports and dashboards
- Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR reporting outputs
- Provide guidance and support to end users on reporting capabilities and best practices

Requirements
- Extensive experience in the design and build of custom reports and dashboards
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Strong understanding of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in HR reporting
- Ability to provide guidance and support to end users on reporting capabilities and best practices

Advantageous Experience
- Worked on large HRIS integrations and data migrations
- Supporting global HR teams
- Background in working within professional services or consulting
Additional Information
- If you have experience building reports and dashboards across other platforms, you will be provided with SuccessFactors training.
- The role will be remote, inside IR35, and due to run until the end of October.
