HRIS Reporting Analyst
HRIS Reporting Analyst (x2) – £500-£550 (Inside IR35)
Our client is seeking two HR reporting analysts to develop and refine a range of customised reports as they transition from their current HRIS system to SuccessFactors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with HR leadership and technical teams to deliver accurate, insightful and scalable reporting that supports strategic business decision-making.
- Identifying and redefining existing leadership reports that are not mapping correctly to the new system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design andbuild custom reports and dashboards based on stakeholder requirements.
- Translate business needs into data-driven reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all HR reports.
- Provide guidance and support on reporting capabilities and best practices for end-users.
- Assist in HRIS integrations and data migrations, particularly for large-scale deployments supporting global HR teams.

Required Experience
- Extensive experience in HR reporting, including custom report-building and dashboard design.
- Strong ability to gather requirements and work effectively with stakeholders to develop actionable insights.
- Familiarity with previous HRIS migrations (an advantage, though not mandatory).
- Background (preferably) in professional services or consulting is highly desirable.

Bonus Experience
- Experience with report/dashboard platforms other than SuccessFactors.
Training & Contract Details
- No prior SuccessFactors experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
- Remote-based role.
- Inside IR35 contract.
- Temporary placement, with a target end date of October 2024.
