HSE Advisor | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover) | London | Up to £52,000

A global organisation is seeking an HSE Advisor to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting its UK operations with primary responsibility for sites in London and Dunstable, while also providing oversight and support to smaller office locations across Europe.

This is a hands-on, operational role within a business where health and safety is well-established and supported by a global HSE function. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting site operations, managing risk assessments, conducting audits and inspections, delivering HSE training, investigating incidents and driving a positive safety culture across multiple locations.

The position covers four UK sites, including office, warehouse and small manufacturing environments. The business is looking for someone who is comfortable being visible on-site, engaging with employees, contractors and stakeholders, and taking ownership of day-to-day HSE activities. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with UK leadership teams and an international HSE function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
