Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong understanding of operational risk, compliance, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial environment? Do you have a passion for creating safe working environments, influencing positive behaviours, and driving high standards across multiple sites? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Are you looking to be part of a company that values people, innovation, and sustainability?

If so, then we’ve got an amazing opportunity for you here at Kerakoll, a B Corp certified company that brings passionate thinkers and makers together to build better places to live.

We’re looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join our Operations team, supporting Health & Safety activities across all Kerakoll sites and our field-based workforce. This is a highly visible role focused on promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal standards, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Responsibilities

As a Health & Safety Advisor at Kerakoll, you will:

  • Work closely with operational teams, engineering, maintenance, contractors, and key stakeholders to identify and manage workplace risks.
  • Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and support the consistent application of Health & Safety procedures across all areas of the business.
  • Report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in promoting a positive Safety-First culture.
  • Support the practical application of H&S legislation, including DSEAR and COSHH requirements.
  • Regularly engage with teams across multiple departments and sites, carrying out workplace inspections, supporting risk assessments, analysing H&S performance data, and delivering practical safety improvements.
  • Support accident and near miss investigations, safety training initiatives, emergency response activities, and ongoing compliance with ISO accreditations and ESG-related requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
