HSE Advisor - Sizewell C
Location: Suffolk
Salary: £50,000 + Car + Strong Subsistence + benefits
We’re working with a leading infrastructure contractor to appoint a SHE Advisor on a major, long-term project.
This is an excellent opportunity to move into a more senior, leadership-focused role on a complex heavy civils scheme. It would suit someone looking to step up or an experienced professional seeking greater ownership and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities of the HSE Advisor:
- Leading SHE delivery across your area of works
- Supporting and mentoring site advisors
- Driving a positive safety culture on site

- Ensuring compliance while adding practical, value-led support

The successful HSE Advisor will have:
- Background in construction, civils or infrastructure
- Experience on heavy civils / groundworks preferred
- Ability to lead, influence and build relationships on site
- Previous experience supporting or managing advisors
- Nebosh GC or equivalent
