Contract Details
- Outside IR35
- Negotiable day rate
- Long term contract until the end of the project
- 5.5 days per week on site
- Weekly pay

Ceto Talent is recruiting for an experienced Site HSE Advisor to join one of the UK's largest energy transition projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long term EPC project supporting the safe delivery of major onshore and offshore construction activities as part of the Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture & Storage development.
Working alongside the Field HSE Manager, you will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture across site, ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, company procedures and project requirements throughout the construction phase.

Responsibilities
- Drive HSE awareness through workforce engagement, coaching and training.
- Carry out site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and legislation.
- Monitor subcontractor HSE performance and equipment compliance.
- Support risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and safe systems of work.
- Oversee Permit to Work activities and hazardous material controls.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor and report HSE KPIs and project performance.
- Deliver toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture across site.
- Ensure environmental compliance and support sustainable working practices.
- Support the wider HSE team throughout the delivery of this major energy infrastructure project.

Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification.
- Previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience working across both Onshore and Offshore projects.
- Experience working for major Oil & Gas Operators.
- Experience working for major offshore EPC or construction contractors.
- Strong knowledge of activities in construction design regulation management and survey/investigation.
- Existing right to live and work in the UK without a visa.
