HSE Manager – Power/ICP
Base Salary: £95k
Benefits: Generous Bonus Scheme and Pension, Healthcare, Executive level car/allowance

An experienced HSE Manager is required by a well-established business operating within the UK Power and ICP (Independent Connection Provider) sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader with a proven track record of delivering critical utility infrastructure projects across the UK.
The successful candidate will take lead responsibility for health, safety, and environmental performance across a variety of high-voltage (HV) and grid connection projects.

This role requires an active presence, splitting time between the head office and various site locations to champion a positive safety culture.
The Role
- Oversee, develop, and maintain the company's integrated HSE management systems in line with UK legislation.
- Organise and conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections to ensure complete compliance.
- Deliver safety briefings, advise site teams, and organise ongoing HSE training programmes.
The Person
- Experience working as an HSE professional specifically within the UK Power, ICP, or high-voltage electricity transmission/distribution sector.
- A strong understanding of NERS (National Electricity Registration Scheme) requirements, CDM 2015 regulations, and electrical safety standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels, from site operatives to senior directors.
