Job Title: HSE Specialist / HSE Coordinator / HSE Advisor

Location: Aberdeen, UK Work Mode: Can be 100% remote Travel: Occasional short-term travel (typically up to one week) may be required. Contract Duration: 12 Months Working Hours: 8 hours/day | 40 hours/week


Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination support for HSE Governance activities, including:

    • Coordination of HSE programs
    • Preparation of performance reports
    • Maintenance of required HSE records
  • Assist the HSE Governance & Process team and operations with:

    • Data analysis
    • Trend identification to support continuous improvement
  • Produce trend reports from improvement sources, such as:

    • Audits
    • Significant risk areas
    • Events (incidents/nearz misses)
    • LFNW (Lessons Learned Near Miss/Wish)
  • Coordinate HSE communications and intervention projects

    • Project tracking

  • Support HSE risk assessments, ensuring updates as required

  • Oversee field verification of risk controls

  • Track completion of risk assessment actions and support preparation for:

    • Risk reviews
    • HSE assurance activities
  • Manage site-level HSE SharePoint and document management systems, ensuring:

    • Timely updates
    • Version control
    • Archiving of HSE procedures and records
  • Support document control processes, including:

    • Version tracking
    • Updates
    • Archiving

  • Assist in progressing annual HSE priorities and improvement targets through support to local HSE leaders across the business

  • Perform any additional duties as required by the Governance Team
