What you'll be doing
The position of HSEQ Administrator sits in SPT Projects who are the Engineering and Construction arm of the SPEN business. The role will be supporting the HSEQ departments in their day to day running of the HSEQ framework.

As an HSEQ Administrator, you will be working as part of the team within the Quality Department in the Supply Chain area of the Project Development team.
You will support the Senior Quality Advisor in the Supply Chain area which includes interaction with both the Development and Delivery teams in Quality, Engineering, Project Management, Construction and external Contractors, regarding quality requirements to ensure projects comply with processes and procedures.
Accountabilities
- Develop and collate internal or contractor performance reports
- Be a central point of contact for the supply chain performance issues
- Create reports for the HSEQ areas based on incoming data including managing graphs
- Create any ad hoc reporting required by the business areas
- Log Environmental incidents
- Collate information and prepare monthly Quality & Environmental reports

What you'll bring
You'll ideally come with a background knowledge of HSEQ Management Systems and have good knowledge of IT and Document control:
- Working knowledge of a document system (SharePoint/BIM etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in document reviews
- Understanding of Contractor Management
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (bonus)
- Understanding of root cause analysis
- Understanding of objectives, KPI's and Reporting
- Experience with Power Bi (Bonus)
- Experience in delivering presentations in person or via teams
