HSEQ Co-ordinator (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality)
Location & Salary
- Base Location: Field-based
- Salary: £25,948 – £30,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Employment Details
- Type: Full-time, Temporary role (with possibility of converting to temp-to-perm)

About the Role
Enerveo is seeking a proactive HSEQ Co-ordinator to support the Safety, Health Environment (SHE) and Quality Teams. This role is fully remote, ideal for a self-motivated professional eager to drive a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the HSEQ team in maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Daily tasks include:

Incident Investigations
- Gathering evidence and witness statements to ensure compliance and encourage continuous improvement.

Safety Performance Reporting
- Overseeing the statistical analysis of safety metrics and identifying areas for enhancement.

Document Management
- Updating the document library to ensure policies, procedures, and forms are current, accessible, and compliant.

Certification & Competencies
- Managing certifications and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) authorizations.
- Maintaining records of inspections, SHE audits, and activities.

Accreditation & Memberships
- Coordinating updates to employee certificates and liaising with online portals for accreditation support.

Regulatory Compliance
- Ensuring all certifications and memberships with regulatory bodies are up-to-date.

Administrative & Financial Processes
- Operating Purchase Orders (POs) for accredited bodies and overseeing invoicing.

To excel in this role, you should:
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a proactive and responsive attitude.
- Possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be comfortable with frequent phone liaison for coordination.
- Exhibit strong administrative capabilities, including multitasking and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Nice-to-Haves
While not essential, the following experience would be valuable:
- Previous experience in engineering or construction sectors.
- Exposure to quality or SHE environments (experience is highly favourable, but attitude is prioritised).
Working Arrangements
This role allows for hybrid/home working, but candidates must ensure:
- A suitable home working environment with reliable internet access.
- An appropriate workstation setup meeting company health, safety, and data protection standards.
- Ability to work in a secure and confidential manner.
