Location & Contract
- Where? Brandon Gate, Hamilton
- Role type: Permanent
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Hours per day: Mon–Thu 8.45am–4.45pm, Fri 8.45am–4.15pm
- Salary scale: £25,183 – £28,358 per year
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an skilled Housing Assistant with exceptional customer service and communication expertise. This dynamic role involves:
- Addressing occasional duties including:
- Word processing
- Filing and photocopying
- Supporting Housing Officers and tenants with advice
- Contributing to community impact through front-line customer support
- Relying on strong organisational skills to prioritise a varied workload
- Utilising strong IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Word & Excel
- Applying a high level of confidentiality in a sensitive housing environment
The role offers career progression within Housing Services and invites candidates to develop skills within a diverse, customer-facing setting.
