About the Role
Backed by South Lanarkshire Council’s Building Services team, experienced Electricians are required to support critical electrical projects across domestic and commercial properties. You’ll play an essential role in:
- Managing new construction, refurbishment, and system maintenance.
- Delivering a Testing and Inspection programme—ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Independently tackling tasks flexible per workload demands.
Placement on the Advanced Electrician grade is contingent upon meeting job-profile criteria and available vacancies.
Responsibilities
Technical delivery
- Carry out installation, maintenance, testing, and inspections of electrical systems.
- Ensure ** zákonovská konformita** with building regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate across teams (e.g., Building Services, procurement).
Customer and team orientation
- Exhibit high standards of interpersonal communication and customer care.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential criteria
- Trade-qualified (SVQ Level 3 ort City & Guilds) with proven practical experience in domestic as well as commercial settings.
- Must demonstrate competence in:
- Routine fixes and issue diagnostics.
