HTB Finance Team Leader (Giving)
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong operational leadership, financial acumen, and a genuine love for people. You will lead the Giving Processing Sub-Team, overseeing the accurate and timely processing of annual donations across Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB), The Revitalise Trust, and St Paul's Theological Centre.
Working closely with the Processing and Giving Manager, Financial Controllers, and colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure excellence in giving operations, robust reporting, and the maximisation of Gift Aid - enabling our ministries to flourish.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
In this role, you will inspire and lead a dedicated team, contributing meaningfully to the life and mission of the HTB Group. You will:
Cultivate a culture of friendly professionalism, grounded in Christian values and service-oriented excellence Provide operational oversight of all Giving team activities, under the leadership of the Processing and Giving Manager Lead and support a team comprising: Fundraising & Database Systems Specialist Fundraising Giving Co-ordinator Giving & Database Co-ordinator Be a hands-on Team Leader, ready to support day-to-day giving operations as required Provide line management and supervisory oversight of the counting, recording, processing, banking, and reporting of all donation types, including cash, cheque, card, standing order, contactless, text, and online giving Ensure all giving is processed accurately and to deadline across all HTB Group entities Produce comprehensive reports and in-depth donation analysis for senior management, fundraisers, and financial controllers Oversee Gift Aid processing: Ensure declarations are up to date, accurately scanned, and uploaded Follow up with donors where information is missing Support best practice to maximise Gift Aid participation

AAT qualification, relevant degree, and/or substantial processing experience.) Good operational knowledge of Gift Aid in a UK charity context Previous team leadership experience Numerate with a natural administrative and organisational ability Working knowledge of Raiser's Edge database Attention to detail and accuracy Good knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, sorting, etc.)
