Care UK is an awarding-winning private care company with over 200 care homes across the United Kingdom. We are seeking a Hub Administrator to join our vibrant and dedicated Shared Services Team.

The Role

The Hub Team is a crucial part of the Shared Services Department. Their primary goal is to deliver a friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable service to our Care Homes and Central Support Colleagues. The Hub is the first point of contact for our Care Homes, supporting them with day-to-day queries, routine tasks, and business-critical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • To always be friendly, approachable, and supportive on every call and email, remaining professional, regardless of the nature of the call.
  • To resolve as many queries as possible in the team before escalating to a specialist.
  • To have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Building excellent internal relationships.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • For achieving Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and react to business-critical requests appropriately.
