Hub Labeling Manager (Multilingual)
Type: Temporary Duration: 12 months initially Location: Tadworth, Surrey (Hybrid – minimum 2.5 days onsite) Conditions: *(Inside IR35) – Pay Rate: Up to £20.90 per hour (PAYE)
SRG is recruiting a detail-oriented Hub Labeling Manager to support the preparation of regulatory labeling documentation for a global pharmaceutical client. This role supports compliance, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration within a multilingual regulatory environment. A strong command of English, French, and German is required.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses the following core areas:
- Regulatory Documents Management
- Prepare and maintain regulatory labeling documents (LPDs, LLDs, PLDS) in line with internal procedures and external standards.
- Generate and compile submission-ready labeling documentation, including:
- Printed annotations (for labels)
- Change histories
- Comparison tables between versions (post/post-market changes).

Process and System Oversight
- Manage labeling systems and workflows to ensure accuracy, completion, and data integrity.
- Perform regulatory quality control (QC) reviews on labeling outputs to validate compliance and logical consistency.

Collaborative Support and Expertise
- Partner with internal and external teams to provide regulatory labeling expertise during submission and regulatory response activities.
- Contribute to process improvements, digital initiatives, and implementation of new labeling-related tools.
Skills & Experience Required

Education & Background
- Degree in life sciences or pharmacy (or equivalent professional experience).

Language Skills
- Fluency in English, French, and German (written and spoken) essential.

Regulatory and Technical Competencies
- Deep understanding of regulatory labeling principles and applicable local/regional/global guidelines.
