Lead a Service That Makes a Difference
An established and values-driven care provider is seeking an experienced Hub Leader to oversee a Complex Needs service in Birmingham.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a frontline team, ensure high-quality care, and support individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.
The Role
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support staff
- Manage day-to-day operations, rotas, and staffing
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and reviews
- Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met
- Carry out audits and drive continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with families and external professionals
- Support individuals to access engaging and meaningful activities

About You
- Experience in a leadership role within Health & Social Care
- Background supporting individuals with complex needs
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and care planning
- Experience managing staff performance, supervision, and development
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Confident with IT systems
- Level 4 Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
