About the Role
Steadman Hub have partnered with a growing technology company who specialise in delivering both software and hardware solutions into B2B business environments. They have recently onboarded HubSpot and are using the system as their lead engine as they look to scale in the coming months and years.
They are on the lookout for a HubSpot Administrator to come in and take ownership over the system. They predominantly using Marketing Hub and Data Hubs but have plans to grow the system over time. Your role will be to build and automate business processes on HubSpot, and streamline the lead journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Own their HubSpot portal end-to-end across Marketing and Data Hubs
- Build workflows and automations that enable a more efficient lead lifecycle
- Integrate HubSpot into their wider stack, utilising tools to optimise wider business processes
- Ensure data hygiene on the system, to build scalable workflows on top of them
Experience & Qualifications

- Prior experience managing a HubSpot portal across Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs
- Ability to drive user adoption, for a business that are still adjusting to HubSpot as a tool
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills to effectively capture teams requirements
- Knowledge of integrating HubSpot into wider systems to boost efficiency
