Working hours
Full-time (flexible hours).
Location
Must be UK-based. Preferably (but not crucially) North West-based. Primarily remote, with a minimum of one in-person working day per month at a flexible co-working space in the North West. Option to consider a workspace closer to you.
About the role
We’re looking for a HubSpot Consultant to join Aventine Consultancy, a fast-growing HubSpot systems consultancy that blends the depth of a freelancer with the structure of a consultancy. You’ll be joining a team of HubSpot experts who’ve delivered some of the most complex and creative HubSpot builds in the UK.
This isn’t a delivery-factory role. It’s for someone who wants to own client outcomes from discovery to build, rollout, and optimisation and be part of a consultancy that’s rethinking what it means to “do HubSpot”.
You’ll lead implementation and optimisation projects for clients across multiple industries. You’ll take ownership of solution design, data architecture, workflows, automations, and reporting. You’ll work directly with senior client stakeholders and collaborate closely with our co-founders on strategy, delivery, and growth.
We’re still small (three founders, a growing delivery team, and one very nosy dog) — so this is your chance to shape the business as it scales.
What your day could look like
Project ownership: Run your own client implementations from start to finish — discovery, design, build, training, and optimisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Solution design: Map out HubSpot object structures, automation flows, and reporting frameworks that align with client processes.
Client consultancy: Lead client workshops, run audits, and deliver recommendations that solve real business problems.
Implementation: Build complex HubSpot assets from workflow automation and data imports to advanced reporting and integrations.
Collaboration: Work with our delivery team and freelance specialists to deliver multi-stream projects.
Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve how we deliver, whether that’s refining our audit process, creating templates, or exploring new HubSpot features.
Contribute to growth: Help shape how Aventine evolves from new services to operational processes and proposition development.
About you
You’re someone who gets excited about solving problems with HubSpot. You don’t just build what a client asks for — you step back, understand the process, and design a better one. You enjoy collaborating, have opinions (backed by experience), and love turning complexity into clarity.
We’ll be looking for
Proven HubSpot experience: ideally 3–4+ years using HubSpot or working for HubSpot customers or partner agencies in a solutions architect / consultant / administrator role. Hands-on expertise across at least two of: CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, or Data Hub. Strong client communication: comfortable leading workshops, presenting solutions, and building long-term client relationships. Process / systems mindset: you think in terms of systems, workflows, and efficiency. Independent and self-driven: you can own a project end-to-end and thrive in a growing, fast-moving environment. Team player: collaboration and knowledge sharing matter more to you than personal credit.

Would be of benefit
These will pique our interest, but they’re not required.
Experience in a business that uses HubSpot or a HubSpot partner. If you’ve worked in a business that used HubSpot then you’ll likely have a strong understanding of how it’s used commercially. If you’ve worked for a HubSpot partner you’ll also understand what works (and what doesn’t) when implementing HubSpot. Experience of Salesforce or another CRM platform. Proficient with Sheets, Excel or other data tools. Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or API-based integrations. Exposure to CRM migrations or multi-hub implementations. Experience leading workshops, audits, or training sessions.
Why join Aventine
We’re building something different — a consultancy where:
Every consultant is named on projects, not hidden behind “the agency.” 10% profit share and employee ownership mean you grow as the business grows. Work-life balance and autonomy come first. 25 days holiday. You’ll work directly with some of the UK’s most experienced HubSpot consultants on projects that genuinely push the platform.
You’ll be part of a small, ambitious, collaborative team where you can have a big impact — on our clients, our processes, and our future direction.
