HubSpot CRM Manager Location: Peterborough Salary: £50,000 Contract: Full‑Time, Office‑Based Trade Mastermind is one of the UK’s fastest‑growing business education and coaching companies for the construction industry. Founded in 2020 by BBC The Apprentice winner Joseph Valente, we help ambitious trade business owners scale from working on the tools to building seven‑figure businesses and beyond. To date, we have supported over 5,000 trade business owners nationwide, with clients achieving an average of 370% growth in their first year. As we continue expanding nationally and investing heavily in digital transformation, including the launch of our 20,000 sq. ft. Trade Mastermind University HQ in 2026, we are now looking for a HubSpot Super User to play a pivotal role in our next phase of growth. The Role As our HubSpot Manager, you will be the go‑to expert for our CRM platform, owning and optimising HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you will ensure our systems are structured, scalable, and aligned with our commercial objectives. You will take full ownership of CRM performance from automation and data quality to reporting and user adoption, ensuring the platform drives efficiency, insight, and revenue growth across the business. Key Responsibilities Act as the internal HubSpot subject‑matter expert, supporting all departments Own and optimise CRM architecture, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, and permissions Build, maintain, and improve automation to streamline processes and reduce manual effort Manage lead flow, including capture, routing, scoring, and conversion optimisation Ensure high standards of data accuracy, cleansing, and enrichment Develop dashboards and reports covering funnel performance, forecasting, and key KPIs Collaborate with leadership to align CRM with revenue strategy and growth targets Train and support team members to drive HubSpot adoption and best practice usage Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting as the business scales About You Proven experience as a HubSpot Super User, CRM Manager, or similar role Strong hands‑on expertise across HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and workflows) Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a data‑driven mindset Experience working in a fast‑growth or scale‑up environment Confident translating business needs into structured CRM processes and automation Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in SaaS, education, coaching, or service‑based businesses is advantageous HubSpot certifications are beneficial but not essential What We Offer Competitive salary of £50,000 Opportunity to join a high‑performance, founder‑led organisation Company pension scheme Regular company events and team activities Free on‑site parking Office social space with breakout areas and pool table Apply Now If you’re a proactive HubSpot expert who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and wants to play a key role in scaling a market‑leading business, we’d love to hear from you.
