Hubspot CRM Specialist (Contract)

Freelance HubSpot Specialist

Contract: 3–6 months Start: Mid-July Location: London or Berlin (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

We're supporting a fast-growing business operating within a regulated industry to find an experienced HubSpot Specialist on an initial freelance contract. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll take ownership of building, managing and executing HubSpot activity across a complex B2B sales environment. Working closely with commercial and marketing teams, you'll ensure campaigns, workflows and CRM processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and execute HubSpot campaigns and communications.
  • Create and maintain workflows, automations and CRM processes.
  • Support lead management and lifecycle activity across a complex B2B sales funnel.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimise HubSpot usage and campaign delivery.
  • Ensure data quality and best practice across the platform.

About You

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Previous experience working within a regulated industry or complex B2B sales environment.
  • Confident managing CRM, automation and campaign execution end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced business.
  • Available to start around mid-July.
