What you’ll be doing

  • Leading HubSpot implementations end-to-end, from initial setup through to go-live
  • Working closely with clients to understand their goals and shape how HubSpot is used to support them
  • Delivering training and guidance so teams actually adopt the platform properly
  • Acting as the go-to person during onboarding, keeping things moving and solving problems as they come up
  • Building out documentation and processes that make delivery smoother over time
  • Feeding back client insights to improve how projects are delivered

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working with HubSpot in a B2B environment (implementation, onboarding, or similar)
  • A good understanding of how marketing, sales, and CRM systems connect
  • Someone comfortable managing projects and speaking with stakeholders at different levels
  • Able to get into the detail when needed, whether that’s troubleshooting or configuring the platform
  • Naturally client-focused, with a good balance of technical and communication skills
  • Adaptable, organised, and comfortable working across multiple projects
