What you’ll be doing
- Leading HubSpot implementations end-to-end, from initial setup through to go-live
- Working closely with clients to understand their goals and shape how HubSpot is used to support them
- Delivering training and guidance so teams actually adopt the platform properly
- Acting as the go-to person during onboarding, keeping things moving and solving problems as they come up
- Building out documentation and processes that make delivery smoother over time
- Feeding back client insights to improve how projects are delivered

What we’re looking for
- Experience working with HubSpot in a B2B environment (implementation, onboarding, or similar)
- A good understanding of how marketing, sales, and CRM systems connect
- Someone comfortable managing projects and speaking with stakeholders at different levels
- Able to get into the detail when needed, whether that’s troubleshooting or configuring the platform
- Naturally client-focused, with a good balance of technical and communication skills
- Adaptable, organised, and comfortable working across multiple projects
