A growing B2B marketing agency is looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join its CRM & Data team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on designing, implementing and optimising HubSpot and connected MarTech solutions for B2B clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver HubSpot CRM solutions aligned to client goals
- Support pre-sales through demos and technical scoping
- Implement workflows, automations and integrations
- Manage data migration, governance and enrichment
- Perform technology audits and best-practice recommendations
- Build dashboards and reporting
- Train internal teams and clients

Key requirements
- 3+ years in agency, consultancy or specialist role
- Strong experience with HubSpot administration, APIs and integrations
- 2+ years’ hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience onboarding complex HubSpot environments
- Confident presenting to clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- HubSpot certifications (or willingness to gain)
- Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo or Pardot
This role would suit a technically strong HubSpot professional who enjoys working closely with clients and building scalable, data-driven CRM solutions.
