Hubspot Marketing Operations/Automation Specialist - 3 months FTC

Remote within the Europe

3 months Fixed Term Contract / Full-time (40 hours per week)

Algomarketing partners with leading global organisations including Google, Cisco, Zoom, Stripe, OpenAI, and other enterprise technology brands to deliver marketing, sales, and go-to-market support with AI enabled talent across EMEA, NORAM, APAC and beyond.

An exciting opportunity to join a global enterprise SaaS organisation as a Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist. This hands-on role focuses on owning and improving marketing automation systems, campaign execution, data quality, reporting, and AI-enabled marketing processes. Working closely with cross-functional marketing teams, you will help build scalable marketing operations that drive campaign performance and operational excellence.

  • Own day-to-day marketing automation workflows using HubSpot and integrated marketing technologies.
  • Build, optimise and execute email campaigns, lead nurturing programmes, segmentation, lead scoring and forms.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM and marketing data hygiene, ensuring accurate data flows across integrated platforms.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to measure campaign performance, attribution and marketing KPIs.
  • Analyse campaign results and recommend continuous improvements based on data insights.
  • Test and implement AI-powered marketing tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting and campaign execution.
  • Troubleshoot campaign, automation and lead flow issues while documenting scalable best practices.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales Development and other stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years' experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or a similar technical marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot including workflows, campaigns, segmentation and lead scoring.
  • Experience working with CRM integrations (such as Salesforce or similar platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, dashboards and campaign performance analysis.
  • Understanding of marketing technology, integrations and data management.
  • Fluent business-level English (C1/C2).
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI tools and marketing automation technologies.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for troubleshooting digital marketing assets.
  • Experience improving marketing processes and documenting scalable workflows.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution and performance measurement.
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous.
  • Passion for continuous learning, process optimisation and emerging marketing technologies.
