Job Description
Steadman Hub have partnered with a growing SaaS company who specialise in implementing security and data solutions into client companies across several sectors. They are now looking to expand their GTM and Revenue Operations teams to support the ongoing growth taking place there.
We are supporting them hire a HubSpot RevOps Engineer to not only take ownership of HubSpot but their wider GTM systems too. You'll act as HubSpot Admin, optimising and growing the platforms capabilities as the business scales, whilst also managing their GTM tool stack (Salesloft, Apollo.io, Zoominfo, Gong, Google Analytics, and Clay). You will be both the technical specialist internally, while also gathering business requirements on how these systems need to be used.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of their enterprise HubSpot portal (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs)
- Lead the technical optimisation of workflows, automations, custom objects, etc
- Integrate and push the adoption of wider GTM tools into HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams
- Gather business requirements to identify business pain points and wider needs for HubSpot and GTM tools

Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience in either a RevOps, GTM, HubSpot Admin/Manager type role
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent technical understanding of HubSpot, marketing automation, and the integration of wider GTM tools
- Understanding and experience working with an enterprise HubSpot portal is required
