HubSpot Solutions Consultant – Diamond Partner
Location: 100% Remote (Strictly open to UK residents only)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Performance Bonus + Equity Options
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Opportunity
I am currently partnering with an exceptional, fast-growing Diamond HubSpot Partner consultancy that is looking to bring a HubSpot Solutions Consultant into their technical division.
My client specializes in helping fast-growing and enterprise brands maximize their marketing technology stacks. They are scaling quickly and need a consultative technical authority to step into a pivotal role - shaping their delivery frameworks, acting as the internal escalation point, and ensuring technical excellence across their entire client portfolio.
The Role
In this position, you will bridge the gap between initial client scoping and technical execution. You will act as the ultimate go-to expert for complex HubSpot architectures, turning intricate business challenges into clean, scalable system setups while mentoring and raising the bar for the wider delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Technical Authority: Serve as the chief escalation point for advanced HubSpot configurations, defining implementation standards and building repeatable delivery toolkits (such as master templates, reference architectures, and QA guidelines).
- Discovery & Implementation Architecture: Lead deep-dive discovery workshops with clients to map data schemas, intricate automation pipelines, and native or API-driven ecosystem integrations.
- Commercial Alignment & Pre-Sales: Partner closely with the sales team during scoping phases to build rapid prototypes, conduct technical demonstrations, and clarify project boundaries, risks, and dependencies within proposals.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate highly technical ecosystem requirements into clear, business-focused language for client stakeholders, maintaining project momentum across multiple concurrent workstreams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What My Client Is Looking For
They are looking for a consultative, systems-minded professional who genuinely enjoys taking messy operational processes and engineering them into elegant, scalable HubSpot builds. You should take pride in coaching others and want to play an active role in defining "best practice" rather than just checking off project tasks.
Requirements:
- Deep HubSpot Engineering Skills: Advanced capability across HubSpot CRM architecture, data models, advanced automation, reporting setups, and system governance.
- Consultancy Experience: Proven track record leading client-facing discovery sessions and translating high-level business needs into technical blueprints.
- Team Enablement: Confidence reviewing peer documentation, setting configuration benchmarks, and mentoring junior delivery members.
- Eligibility: Must be permanently based in the UK with existing right to work. Due to my client's strict compliance and security parameters, we cannot accept applications from candidates residing outside the UK.
