MarCloud: HubSpot Solutions Consultant
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Flexible (your choice)
Team: Solutions
MarCloud helps marketing teams get more value from their tech, especially HubSpot and Salesforce. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a HubSpot Solutions Consultant who will own HubSpot technical excellence across the business: shaping solution approach, guiding delivery standards, supporting pre-sales, and raising capability across the team.
As HubSpot Solutions Consultant, you’ll be a go-to technical authority for HubSpot within the Solutions/Technical function. You’ll translate business problems into robust HubSpot architectures, ensure best-practice implementation, and provide technical guidance to delivery and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
1) HubSpot solution leadership
- Act as the internal escalation point for complex HubSpot technical challenges
- Define and maintain HubSpot implementation standards
- Create repeatable accelerators: templates, checklists, reference architectures, QA guidelines, handover standards
- Partner with PMO and leadership to improve ways of working (estimation, risk management, delivery governance)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
