Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer
Harnham is partnered with an innovative, high-growth business that is looking for a Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer to support the evolution of its data platform and reporting capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has already established a strong B2B data foundation and is now investing heavily in expanding and optimising its B2C data capabilities.
The Role
You'll play a key role in enhancing the company's existing data ecosystem, with a particular focus on improving data quality, reporting, and platform performance within GCP.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimising existing HubSpot integrations to improve data quality and reliability.
- Enhancing reporting capabilities through improved data pipelines and flows into Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Supporting the expansion of existing B2B data infrastructure to accommodate growing B2C requirements.
- Helping evolve and optimise the current GCP platform to ensure it is fit for future growth.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and scalable data solutions.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Commercial experience working with BigQuery.
- Experience integrating and working with HubSpot data.
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Exposure to Data Science or advanced analytics projects.
Not Required
- AWS or Azure-centric backgrounds are not a priority for this position.
- Kubernetes and Dataproc experience are not required.

The Environment

Contract Details
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Location: Hybrid working
- On-site Requirement: 2 days per week split between London Bridge and Kingston
- Day Rate: £480-£500
- IR35 Status: Expected to be Outside IR35 (subject to final confirmation)

- Stage 1: Hiring Manager interview
- Stage 2: Technical case study / whiteboarding session
