The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate-level Strategy & Value Creation Consultant to support our growing US business.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate, current Master's student, or early-career professional with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in consulting, professional services, private equity, and strategy.
You will work directly with senior leadership on projects involving strategic analysis, executive search, industry analysis, and value creation initiatives for consulting firms around the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Support strategy, due diligence, and value creation engagements for Professional Services firms and investors
- Analyze consulting industry trends, including AI, digital transformation, talent, and M&A activity
- Interviewing senior leaders to gather real-time executive intelligence
- Develop market maps, competitor analyses, and industry intelligence
- Conduct research and analysis on the global consulting and professional services market
- Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and client deliverables
- Build and maintain databases of consulting firms, executives, investors, and market developments
- Leverage leading AI tools and research platforms to improve analytical efficiency and insight generation
- Support business development, thought leadership, and market intelligence initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly
- Strong AI-enabled analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience conducting market research or strategic analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or other research and productivity platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Based in UK (London), US (New York / Austin) or South Africa

Preferred:
- Undergraduate degree (or currently completing a degree) in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Interest in consulting, professional services, private equity, or strategy
- Experience with data visualization, financial analysis, or business intelligence tools
- Previous internship experience in consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or research
