Senior Human Factors Engineer
Client: BAE Systems
Location: New Malden, Filton or Broad Oak
Duration: 12 Months
Working hours/pattern: 1-3 days onsite per week
Rate: £60 PAYE or £81.05 Umbrella
I'm recruiting for a Senior Human Factors Engineer to join BAE Systems' Naval Combat Systems team.

This role will see you working on the design and development of future warships and maritime combat systems, applying Human Factors expertise to deliver safe, effective, and user-centred solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Human Factors experience within defence, maritime, or complex engineering environments
- Understanding of Human Factors Integration (HFI) and systems engineering
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Relevant degree qualification
