About This Role
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our friendly and professional HR team on a fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across our Multi Academy Trust, supporting 8 schools.
About The Role
Working closely with the Lead HR Administrator and wider HR team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing recruitment packs, interview schedules, offer letters and employment documentation
- Maintaining HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Supporting the administration of starters, leavers and contractual changes
- Assisting with safeguarding compliance and pre-employment checks
- Providing administrative support for maternity, paternity, appraisal and other employment processes
The role requires a high level of confidentiality, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous administrative experience, ideally within HR, education or a similar professional environment
- Has excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has a keen eye for detail and can maintain accurate records
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database systems
- Can handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
Previous HR experience would be advantageous but is not essential; we are keen to hear from candidates with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn.
