Human Resources Administrator
HR Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract)
Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with a leading organisation in the financial services sector, assisting with the appointment of an HR Administrator on a FTC (Fixed-Term Contract) basis.
This role has been created to support the seamless integration of a newly acquired business by delivering vital administrative and operational HR support to the Group HR function.
Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Support:
- Oversee the onboarding coordination for new starters, including:
- Processing employment contracts
- Executing new starter requirements (Right to Work (RTW) checks, DBS checks, references, and data entry)

Compliance & Reporting:
- Assist with HR reporting and statutory compliance tracking
- Provide cross-functional team administration to enhance operational efficiency
- Support alignment of local HR practices with group-wide policies, procedures, and templates

Documentation & Governance:
- Maintain well-organised trackers, records, and integration documentation to support reporting and governance requirements

Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate meetings and track actions
- Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a strong administrative or HR support role, with:
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excel/Spreadsheet proficiency and ability to manage people-related data
- Demonstrated confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact confidently with stakeholders across all levels (junior to executive)
